💸 from impulse spending to abundance…

Wow - just THANK you for the outpouring of love over my new podcast! This podcast idea has been rattling around my brain for YEARS and now that it's launched it feels hand-in-glove: I love the intimacy of the podcast format, I can be creative with it, plus, I'm kind of a diva (did you know I used to sing professionally? I actually have no problem listening to my voice 😅), and can finally use the microphones that have been sitting in my basement. 🎤

I'm about half way through producing Season 1, and still collecting voicemails and ideas. 💡

Here's what you got so far: 👇

S1 E1: How can I stop impulse spending [when it feels good]?

The #1 issue readers write to me about is how to stop impulse spending. So that's why that topic is my #1 podcast episode! 💸

S1 E2: How can I rewire my brain to see money as abundant?

Rather than pushing the popular "just think abundance" narrative, I dig into why many of us carry deep-rooted beliefs about money being scarce and how it's important to HONOR that instead of ditching it. I've already had a ton of feedback that this episode is the one to get out your journal for! 📝

S1 E3: Women's Relationship with Earning (with Angie Fitzpatrick) MOST DOWNLOADED!

For women, earning isn't just about numbers on a paycheck. It's about navigating biases, expectations, and the invisible labor society rarely acknowledges.

From caregiving to career, the weight of doing it all can feel overwhelming—and deeply unfair. 😤

S1 E4: How can I teach my kids good money habits?

How to teach kids about money in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming. Why letting them make small money mistakes now can help them succeed later. Scripts you can use to create open, judgment-free conversations about spending, saving, and earning. 👩‍👧‍👦💰

S1 E5: How can I live for today & save for the future?

Answering a listener question, I talk about how to connect with your future self in a way that feels motivating, not scary. 🤔⏳Why some indulgences are worth it—and how to plan for them.

S1 E6: Cultural Perspectives on Money (with a Ukrainian Twist)

This episode is special to me because we get to hear from my favorite person, my Husband Alex! 🥰 For Alex, growing up in USSR Ukraine during its independence came with financial challenges and lessons that are still relevant today. 🌍💸

S1 E7: Can one spreadsheet change your life? (Club Member Feature)

Haley knows that feeling. She went from financial stability in college to battling debt, anxiety, and the pressures of running her own business. But she didn't stay stuck. Her turning point? Finding a community that helped her heal her relationship with money—step by step. I loved talking with one of our most engaged members about her journey! 💪

S1 E8: Subscriptions: Too Easy to Ignore

This episode turns to the practical side of money: Subscriptions. It's so easy to forget about old subscriptions—until they pile up and start draining your budget. But canceling them doesn't have to feel overwhelming. With a few simple strategies, you can take back control. You might be surprised about one of my suggestions! 😉💡

S1 E9: The one thing you're forgetting [Out of the blue expenses]

Here you get practical steps for calculating and setting aside funds regularly to avoid falling into a debt cycle. Building on the previous episode's focus on subscriptions, I explore the concept of 'midterm' expenses - the costs that really sneak up on us! 😯💸

Which one's your favorite? ❤️
